LE CHAMP D’ILLUSIONS (s\u00e9rie 2018-\u2026)<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019habite une grande ville o\u00f9 l\u2019arbre a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9 des r\u00e9novations urbaines au profit d\u2019une esth\u00e9tique min\u00e9rale totalement inadapt\u00e9e au climat m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, voire au r\u00e9chauffement climatique ind\u00e9niable. Dans la nature, la puissance protectrice des arbres et des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux s\u2019impose \u00e0 moi comme une \u00e9vidence. Leurs feuillages bienveillants cr\u00e9ent des transparences au potentiel graphique infini, et je retrouve l\u2019\u00e9merveillement des \u00e9t\u00e9s de mon enfance, pass\u00e9s dans les champs. Je travaille ainsi \u00e0 d\u00e9peindre ces paysages comme on se souvient d\u2019un r\u00eave, avec des images fugaces qui se superposent. C\u2019est avec une double exposition \u00e0 la prise de vue que je tends vers une repr\u00e9sentation visuelle impressionniste. Et mon champ de vision, comme balay\u00e9 par branches d\u2019arbres agit\u00e9es par le vent, est sujet \u00e0 des illusions visuelles po\u00e9tiques.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 Jean-Paul Nogu\u00e8s<\/p>\n

THE FIELD OF ILLUSION \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0I live in a big city where the tree has been removed from urban renovations in favor of a mineral aesthetic totally unsuited to the Mediterranean climate, or even to the undeniable global warming. In nature, the protective power of trees and plants is obvious to me. Their benevolent foliage creates transparencies with infinite graphic potential, and I rediscover the wonder of the summers of my childhood, spent in the fields. I thus work to depict these landscapes as we remember a dream, with fleeting images that are superimposed. It is with a double exposure to the shot that I tend towards an impressionist visual representation. And my field of vision, as if swept by branches of trees shaken by the wind, is subject to poetic visual illusions.\u00a0\u00bb Jean-Paul Nogu\u00e8s<\/em><\/p>\n
